Fourteen days, no reason needed. If it is not useful to you, email me and I will refund you in full.
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, within 14 days of your purchase. You do not have to explain yourself, though if something specific was wrong I would like to know so I can fix it.
If you have already installed the product it will keep working on your device, because it is offline and I have no way to reach into it. I am trusting you to stop using it, and to delete it. That trust is deliberate — the alternative is building the kind of lock-in that would make the product worse for the coaches who are being honest.
The no-reason refund window has closed, but the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still applies. If the product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what this site says it does, contact me and we will sort it out. Those rights are not limited by this policy, and they have no time limit of this kind.
Online purchases normally carry a 14-day cancellation right. For digital content delivered immediately that right ends as soon as delivery begins, and you confirm this at checkout — so ordinarily you would have no cancellation right at all once the product reached you.
The policy above gives you the full 14 days anyway. It runs for the same length of time as the statutory period, but unlike the statutory right it is not cancelled by delivery.
If you were charged twice, email me and I will refund the duplicate straight away. No time limit applies to that.
